Clean, in a great location (3 min walk from Dumbarton East station) and really helpful host

Curtain hanging off rail, shower off track , tv did not work, wifi did not work .toilet unstable and unuseable as radiator hit legs. Dirty room. Cups stay hot price tags on, no drink facilities. Drugs heavey smell, no access for 30 mins as people in other rooms locked putter door which stated as open. Music and noise from other rooms unacceptable. Heavy soiled chairs, 2 lights not working in bathroom I would avoid at all costs pictures and narrative do not match, considering only £6 difference to premier inn local. I'm seeking 50% refund I have all the pictures but only able to load 4

Wifi worked well and is fast

WARNING free parking as in the listing means on-the-street parking which for us meant down the road and around the corner. So no guarantee of parking whatsoever. I checked with booking.com and they said that "on-site" can mean this No toilet paper in room. We had to request it Bed linens were torn and dirty Sink drain in bathroom leaking onto floor and cupboard in bathroom dilapidated and falling apart Drain in shower almost completely blocked so only very short showers possible before it filled with water Questionable area lots of rubbish and graffiti in the street where we parked

It was a nice flat, it just had some issues. Will stay here again whenever i come back to Scotland. Thank you

Parking is on the road outside, which was all occupied. Found a car park down road past the railway station. Recommend this is mentionned in the property description

Hdd to get help to open the key lockbox, needs a better description on what you need to do to open it. Recommend the access information messages are improved with this.
