Loch Lomond Apartments

Not a single thing it was despicable!

Absolutely shocking! I arrived here with my wife and 5 year old daughter. The outside door was vandalised and broken. The corridor up to the so called apartment was stinking of urine and weed. The door had a ring door bell and a key safe. Entered the code and opened the door to reveal a very smelly dirty bedroom with a filthy bed, stained stools and mouldy windows. This was no apartment, instead a junkies bedroom! I doubt this place is even legal. I do not know how or why this is even on Booking.com. We left immediately and booked ourselves in to a travelodge!

My fiance came home after our night in your apartment with blotches all over her face as if she's been attacked with bed bug's. I'm not one for bad mouthing places but she's really not been good.

No WiFi

Toilet did not flush, no shower curtain, no cutlery ie basic knifes forks spoons, fridge/freezer frozen like a block of ice, could not use, and the window would not close, and there is a massive noisy air condition unit outside the window from the restaurant below, door handles spins round and round, we asked for a full refund still awaiting communication from the host which no one seems to be able to contact. Lads had to move out because they could not use the toilet, or get someone to repair as no contact with the host, picture of the shower ie walk in shower, the shower in this case is over the bath !!!!! not as per the picture advertised, and list of problems goes on from there.

When we got there, young teenagers were all standing around the main door drinking and smoking weed. The entrance smelled so strong of urine that one of my family members were physically sick. The room was booked for 2 adults and an 11 year old and only had 1 bed. The wardrobe door would not open and the apartmemt door couldn't open fully due to a table stopping it. This is the worst accommodation I have ever seen on booking.com and I always book through them. The photos do not reflect this accommodation.
