Good condition and spacious room, super clean and equip with high quality kitchen ware and bathroom . Great Lake view.

No lift, but at lease we stay second floor. Still ok for taking a big luggage up stairs.

The apartment unit, itself, is very clean and functional. It has a king bed and a queen size sofa bed. The bathroom with a shower booth.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in late June in 2023. (20-23rd of June) The description of the property is not 100% truthful, and the way it is written is very misleading. The unit itself is clean and the interior images the apartment looked close to images the owner posted. HOWEVER, the condo (apartment) property ground is nothing like the images the owner uploaded. The property ground almost looked abandoned and creepy. It is not maintained at all (please see the images I uploaded). The overgrown weeds were around the ground and the whole complex is just dirty with mildew stains and moss... Also, this property (whole apartment complex) is located right next to the train track! From this particular unit's balcony, the train track is only about 70 ft (25 m) away. So from the balcony, you have the train track then a closed-up restaurant with scaffoldings which blocks the view then there is the Thun lake. So it is not much of a lake view property. The unit's windows provide good sound proof, but without AC, you need to leave those windows open so the soundproof windows don’t seem to matter during summer months... (trains come by quite often) There is a pool, but it is small, and the pool deck is very dirty. I did not want my kids to play in it. There is a so called, lake beach which is not right in front of the property (as I said, there is a train track), and it is hard to get to. You have to walk some and go through the tunnel to get there. Then there is a small grass area with about 4 square feet of pebble landing next to a marina. I do not recommend this with small kids. There is nothing relaxing about the property. Also, there is only one set of washing machine and dryer for the whole building, and you need to pay 10CHF per use. They are often occupied and do not work properly. I ask the owner to be truthful about the description, and they need to lower the price for what this unit can offer.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable! The owners are very kind and responsive. Close to all the destinations in the area. Easy access to the lake with beautiful views.

The patio door haha, there is an explicit tutorial but it is still difficult to manage at times.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.
