The South Maybury Residence

The whole place was exceptional, there was loads of space in each room and all facilities were perfectly working. Also was within walking distance to the train/tram station.

We don't have anything bad to say about this place as it was very accommodating!

Le chauffe eau de la salle de bain. Quelques réparations s’imposent: le flexible de la douche, le tiroir du meuble dans la chambre des lits doubles et une balayette WC à changer.

Location was good. Very close to bus stop for travel into Edinburgh.

Noise from the road traffic.

Near bus station to city center, close to tram and shopping center & market. Neighborhood is calm and people are friendly. A family place to stay

Very thing was good

Location in between Airport and Edinburgh centre. Easy to access (TRAM/Bus from the Airport) and the centre via Train/Tram). Comfortable and good equipped.

You need to do a bit of work to get in contact with the office that gives you access. Call the central office was needed to make the reponsible person respond how to get in. I did this 2 days before arrival so for me no issue but keep it in mind.

The only thing I liked was Amanda who was very help when the call centre of the company that rent the place out didn’t try to help at all and just wanted to take as much of your damage deposit as possible

The apartment was cold, the heating didn’t work properly even when turned on and the living room heating didn’t work at all. Also under the bedroom with the double bed there was rubbish from previous guests including dirty baby wipes which made me think how well the place had been cleaned. Also on leaving the properly I forgot one of the set of keys in my pocket I was told to send them back which I did and paid a premium price to have sent and then on top of that they charged me £40 to have 3 keys cut and took it off my damage deposit after having the keys sent to me. Even after them telling me to send the keys back which I did they have said they will not refund my money for delivering the keys back which show my they are out to take as much of ur damage deposit as possible. The property is also on a loud main road so hard to sleep at night. I have travelled all around the world and stayed in over 100 Airbnb and this is by far the worst I have stayed in and would advise e anyone to think twice before spending there hard earned money on this place.
