Location good and easy to find. Very clean and fresh

Was told the night before we were due to stay the apartment we had booked was unavailable due to being flooded by an upstairs neighbour. Offered this flat or a refund but due to the lateness we had little choice. The toilet was tiny- knees touched the door when it was shut. The shower was in a cupboard in the sitting room- very unusual! No curtains or blinds at the sitting room window and no lamp to soften the bright overhead light. There was no wardrobe or clothes rail to hang clothes up or any drawers in the bedroom and no chair either. The apartment was very stark and the ‘welcome pack’ in the kitchen very lean. The host did communicate through the stay and after. Offered us an extension to our stay after 10am until 1pm at £10 an hour!
