Tego nawet nie da się skomentować … poniżej standardów sprzątania 🫣 dlatego przede wszystkim mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego sprzątania , wyprania narzut ,zasłon ,poduszek ,koców ,sofy i wykładziny w pokojach …naprawy rolet w oknach ,kranów i ciepłej wody , która była tylko pod prysznicem ( nie dało się myć naczyń , czy rąk w toalecie ). Ogrzewanie działa tak sobie . Dobrze ,że były dodatkowe grzalki . Jeżeli komuś to nie przeszkadza ,to polecam ,bo lokalizacja świetna .

- It was in a wonderful location due to how incredibly close it was to a tram stop, it being a short walk to grocery store, and being in an overall peaceful/quite location. - It was nice having a full flat, with a kitchen well stocked in regards tools (French press, baking pans, kettle, cups, cooking wear etc.) - Having separate rooms, and a living room space, made traveling with family members much more peaceful. - Once the flow of communication was set up, we could tell how much the owners of the flat care about our stay. - None of the frustrating AirB&B styled check outs systems existed.

I wish we had received the check-in information sooner, via email or booking, rather than day of, and had been informed that WhatsApp was a preferred/needed method of communication. It was a strong burst of anxiety for our group, especially as it was on the day we arrived in Scotland. However, once the flow of communication was set up, there was a sense of ease and breathing room that was created. There was a bit of lived in damage, the natural kind you would see on table legs, walls, doorways, trims, railings etc. that made me a wee bit nervous, but it became a very minor as we settled in.

Le logement n’était pas le même que celui réservé, l’hôte nous a averti 2h avant le Check in, nous n’avions pas le choix. Il était plus loin du centre, les lits pas confortable, la vaisselle était sale, et surtout, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche !!!! L’hôte n’a pas trouvé de solution, 3 jours de douche froides en décembre par -5°, on nous a laissé comme ça !! A fuir

Didn't end up at the booked place due to unforeseen issues but the host offered an alternative not too far, a very nice apartment, nicely decorated and what appeared to be a recently refurbished place. Nice size with decent facilities in a good location for links into the city. Plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, a decent microwave, toaster and kettle, some tea or coffee would have been a nice touch. Overall a good experience.

Parking in the area was tricky, took a while to find a place that wasn't a permit holder only. On arrival the heating had been left too high so it was quite hot so I had to lower the temp on the radiators. Some kitchen towels and extra toilet rolls would have been nice, but there was a local store for supplies.The pillows were too soft and lumpy for my liking and the sofa was one of those nice looking modern ones but not so comfy.Mirror was missing from bathroom, looked like it had fallen off and not replaced.

The position is great and the staff is kind.

The room was really dirty, we found hairs of the past guests in our sheets, a dead bee behind a window and lots of dust. Plus, the mount of the head of the shower was pre-damaged and we couldn't use the curtain in the bedroom since there was no way to take it down/up.

They have called me to let me know there is an issue with the apartment and they have other apartments available, then they have called me saying it it's all sorted, just to receive the postcode of another flat, 10 minutes further from the town centre. When we walked in, we could smell gas and the sofa was broke in the lounge, we could not sit on it. We have texted them about this issues, but no reply. We did manage to find a gas alarm which we tested, so not sure why it did not go off from the smell. Then the third issue was the heating. It was 16.5 degrees when we got in and we have put the heating on, but it only went up 2 degrees in over 10 hours, so I had to sleep with two tops on and two blankets as it was very cold. For the £203 a night it was definitely not worth it, and I am expecting a refund.

Location

it didn’t feel safe because the key to the door was in an open box at the entrance of the building. The flat was old and dirty AND there were no bed sheets in the bed! And no bed sheets to be found in the whole flat. I called the number 3 times and only got an answer the next day, 9h later.

Good Host , well kept and clean room , highly recommend.
