Clamshell Land - Royal Mile

Great location and apartment is very well set up, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommend for any family/ group. Very responsive and helpful host/ team.

The apartment is on the Royal Mile and does have some noise - including from the middle room where people seemed to leave a venue and talk under the window. This is expected with this sort of location and was not a big deal.

Overall a really lovely apartment, spacious, clean and modern whilst retaining some character. Sauna, spa bath and Sonos all nice additions. Fabulous location and views over the royal mile. Easy access to the apartment and fabulous communication with the host.

Noise during the night from the apartment above and the alleyway at the back. Some of the finishing off bits, hole in wall and ceiling in one of the wardrobes was a bit off putting, door to front bedroom sticks and didn’t shut properly.

Excellent location, at the centre of all tourist spots. You can already get the best views of Edinburgh outside the property itself. Michelle is also very accommodating.

Very well kept apartment for 5 guests, nice beds, furniture, spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Location can’t be beaten.

The property is in a great central location and had really good facilities.

It was a little bit noisy at times with it being so central but this was to be expected
