West Bow just off Royal Mile

We were met at the property which was in the heart of Edinburgh old town, it was a fantastic location. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped for our stay. The rooms were bright and the view to the street was captivating. The coffee, tea and sugar was a welcome addition and made it much easier for us to get settled in quickly.

The some of the stairs leading to the apartment were a bit of a challenge, even for the smallest feet. However it was expected due to how old the building was and not the fault of the hosts.

It’s not a quiet spot being on Victoria St/West Bow, but you know that going in.

Pretty much everything..a tad noisy but to be expected for location...if you can improve sound then I'd never go anywhere else. Location superb...spacious and comfortable . Well appointed

Noise!!!! TV a bit hard to get to use

Everything! Can’t beat the location and view. Beautiful apartment. Excellent service from Jojo. Even accommodated us with early check-in. Best stay in all of Scotland.

Perfect location, a historical building with high ceilings, a spacious apartment, a kitchen with everything you need, in the heart of the old town. It was a great experience for us.

Enough Space for 4 people to sleep. The Location was excellent. Close to all tourist attractions. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious.

No lift. Difficult to climb up as stairs were also very old and small at places. The toilet was very small but funtional. Could have been bigger.

A spacious, well serviced flat right in the heart of Edinburghs old town. Walking distance to sites, museum, shops, restaurants. Comfy bed in the main bedroom. Full kitchen with all facilities good place to sit and watch out the street below. Clothes washer and dryer which is handy. Very small bathroom but its fully functional and clean.

There's a few flights of stairs to climb to the flat but it's okay. It's a busy area so it can be noisy at night probably more so on a weekend. Tv antenna wasn't working so no free to air working at night.

Amazing location. Historical area - very beautiful and close to everything. Very clean and kitchen well equipped for a family.

Stayed over weekend so very noisy. Noise from street very loud at night till pubs closed at 3am. Probably not suitable for families on weekends. Banging noise from apartment above too in the morning and another apartment had a party on Friday night. Sleeping was difficult. Also, apartment advertising says king bed but it was a Queen.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the welcome was really friendly. The location is fantastic and it was easy to feel very at home. I had a couple of questions whilst there (about appliances) and the response to questions was fast and helpful. The bedroom felt like being in a lovely hotel and I felt very settled and safe.

Be aware that the apartment is on a very busy road in terms of footfall - I stayed for 6 nights and every night there were incredibly loud people outside, enhanced by the fact I think the property is single glazed... so I'd recommend some earplugs, but that's unavoidable with a location like this one.
