Very confortable and cosy apartment

Rooms are next to a walkway that many people use which is no problem but late at night many drunk people would use it when getting out of pubs and would scream a lot. Should use another type of glass to reduce that noise, that would be the only aspect of improvement

A very cozy flat located perfectly on the Royal Mile. Quick access to almost everything and great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. Felt like home.

The stairs were killer, but completely expected in a historic building. We were used to them by the end of the trip. 😁

The location of the property was perfect, it was clean and smart.

The apartment matched the description perfectly. It's excellently located right on Parliament Square, just behind Edinburgh Cathedral. While there’s no elevator in the building, the apartment was well-equipped and very clean. It’s ideal for two couples or a family of up to 4 or 5 people.

We noticed some street noise, especially during the late evening, early morning, once our stay coincided with a national holiday when many people were gathered nearby. Additionally, the heating automatically turn off after a few hours, which made it a bit uncomfortable at few times. However, we truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment overall.

You will have a hard time finding a better location at the center of the city. Beautiful historical building and apartment that is worth climbing up and down the stairs every day.

The apartment needs a deep clean and TLC. Also, some of the furniture is fully worn out and needs to be replaced. It feels like the owners have gotten a bit lazy and spoiled by the fact that the apartment, on this amazing location, will be rented out anyway.

Perfect location and great set up. The apartment is lovely and spacious!

The steps up were challenging but worth the climb. :)
