Holyrood Park City Centre Apartment

THe location next to Holyrood park to go for a walk was perfect. Quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile.

It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the oven and stove top.

Self contained with washing/drying facilities very good. Comfortable apartment. Location to Holyrood Park great.

Parking was difficult - maybe a permit attached to the apartment. Entrance to building could be enough to change your mind. Not clean, very dark and uninviting. Supermarket a 10 minute walk OK but no choice of restaurants close by.

Lovely apartment that is perfect for one or two people to stay in. Check-in is easy, just follow the host's instructions to collect the keys from the lockbox and you can enter the apartment. Check-out is just as easy. All the basic things you need during your stay are provided for (towels, kitchen utensils, etc.).

Shower drain didn't drain properly.

We had such a great time in this lovely apartment! Location is great, you can hike to Arthur’s seat easily, walk back to the flat to take a shower and then go explore the city. Everything was spot on, it’s very tastefully decorated and super clean. Wish we could stay longer, but we’ll be probably back!

Warm flat, comfortable bed, quiet location, close to Arthur's Seat and the parliament. Easy to locate and do the check-in/check-out. Nice stylish touches in the decor, I loved high ceilings too. Bedroom has a lovely desk, if you need to work remotely. Thermostat allows to set up preferred temperature. The flat has a washing machine and a drier which was great for a 5 nights stay. Communication was smooth, I received a lot of recommendations for Edinburgh, and responses were quick. Plenty of nice cafés on the main street within a walking distance.

Nothing major, just my personal minor thing: I hate doing the dishes. Flat has no dishwasher, and owners also ask you to wash the dishes when you leave.

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

It was difficult and expensive to find parking.

Easy to find, great location, wonderful property and great price for what you get. Highly recommend.

This fully equipped and simply but beautifully decorated accommodation was perfect for our stay. The Royal Mile was within walking distance.
