Downtown and central 1 bed in Edinburgh

Clean, easy access and close to a lot of sights. Very comfortable flat. Would stay here again

LOCATION! You really could not do better. 3 min or less access to Waverly Station, tram and bus. LOTS of food and drink options nearby. All Edinburgh sites within 15 min walking. Ice provided, coffee and sugar provided. Clean,

There is no way 4 people could live comfortably in this flat. It is SMALL. What is called a bed for persons three and four is a sofa and an ottoman rolled together-no sheets provided, no extra blanket. There was no sheet on the "master" bed (which is a full size) either, just a comforter on the fitted sheet. There is no kitchen table, so there is no place to sit and eat. We would have to go sit on the sofa with our plates on our laps. Kitchen had ONE regular knife and very little counter space. Very little space to store clothes (definitely not four people's clothes!) We got no instructions as to how to connect to the internet. The windows were hard to open and had no screens and needed to be propped open with books. There is no place in the bathroom to plug in a hair dryer and style hair. I had to remove the wall mirror from the bedroom and place it where I could manage to see myself while blow drying. I asked immediately on arrival via booking.com message where the sheets were and about a fan we could not get to work. No response the entire week. The four flights of stairs was a challenge but the least of our worries concerning this property. Anyway, best for one, ok for two-no way for four. Would look for another place in the future. Too bad.

On fourth floor and no lift. No description in this situation. We book for four people but we can’t find the second duvet for sofa bed.

The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious enough for 4 guests.

The apartment was on the 4th floor so trekking up the steps kept us fit!!

Really good, central location. Small, compact apartment, which had all the necessary facilities/amenities, including washing machine/dryer. Clean and tidy. No hassles with communication.

Everything met our needs. It is fourth floor with spiral staircase so be prepared to carry suitcases up stairs. We were fine with this, but others may need to consider it.

Central location close to station and easy walking distance to all city centre attractions.

Appartment is on busy main road so bedroom was noisy all night, even with the windows closed. Appartment is on 4th floor with 84 steps to climb. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle.
