We couldn’t find the bedding for the sofa bed at first and there was dirty laundry in the wardrobe in the bedroom

"Very dirty, left early"

Good location, close to train station.

Very dirty inside and missing extra pillows and blankets for sofa bed. Did not end up staying night due to how dirty it was, mold, dust, crumbs in drawers, and blood spots found on sheets. Was able to get some refund from booking.com but never got in contact with the property, they were not answering calls or responding to messages when we asked for assistance. Still had to pay for one night and cleaning fee even though we checked out and didn’t stay.

"Spacious flat with good location, but cleanliness and overall aspect needs to be improved."

The flat was spacious and well-equipped. Location was great, close to the city center and lots of shops/restaurants. Check-in and communication with the host was quick.

The bedding & towels for the sofa bed in the living room were difficult to find as they had been put in the wardrobe with other cleaning supplies which wasn't very nice to find. Overall the flat looked quite old compared to the photos. The street doo lock had a few issues, perhaps it might be worth adding some oil to it once in a while. Indeed, the flat is located on the 4th floor with no lift, however I wouldn't consider this a minus as it is clearly mentioned on the property page.

"Love Edinburgh. A beautiful city with friendly people."

Great location, easy access to all attractions.

Property was tired in parts, noisy and if you have trouble with stairs this is not the property for you. On the plus side great layout and lovely bathroom and kitchen.
