Downtown and central 1 bed in Edinburgh

Very comfortable apartment for 2 friends - larger than the photos, washing machine was handy, separate toilet worked well, we appreciated the teabags & coffee, both bed & sofa bed were comfortable & it's in a really terrific location!

The 4 flights (80 stairs up) to the apartment however we knew to expect that & it was a good way to work off all the great meals we had from all the nearby options!

Let cation was central although extremely noisy from the street. Towels were fresh and clean.

This property was extremely disappointing. The apartment is on the 4th floor, that’s a climb of 84 stairs up and down every day with suitcases. The property is not clean. The bed is shocking and uncomfortable with cheap old bed linen. The carpets are broken, the front door is dark and the walls are all damaged at the entrance and the drains in the shower and sink are blocked. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. It was dreadful.

Location was brilliant for our trip to see the Christmas markets. I would definitely be interested in booking again. It was ideal for our trip.
