The key for the main door to the building was by email link. If you didn't have battery in your phone you wouldn't be able to get in. Keys would be better. There was a lock box outside the apartment with the accommodation keys in it.

"Location is good. Value for money is disgraceful. Overall stay was poor, no hot water or heating, and was dangerous due"

Location

The hot water doesn’t work and continues to not work. Error 117 still appears. There was a gas leak and was awoken to alarms at 230am. The staff are accommodating but fail to act.
