Modern & bright 1 bed for 4 close to city centre!

Good location. Easy to get in. Warm. Comfy bed.

Shower was weak. Washing machine was not working. Felt a little dirty in places, for instance the cupboards where the glasses and plates were kept were sticky inside.

I like the big apartment environment, and it is near the attractions area (around 20+ mins). The owner is nice and helpful to help us even out of office hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Edinburgh! It was well equipped, spacious and a great location- only 15mins walk from the royal mile! Fab amenities including washing machine, drying rack, cooking equipment and utensils and basics such as tea and coffee. Hot water and heating were perfect.

Some small points we would like to raise awareness of: 1. Unfortunately the TV remote was broken (physically cracked and also not operating the TV). It also wasn't a Smart TV so no netflix/prime but that was as advertised! Just for others to be aware of. 2. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, water collecting in the light fitting and dripping a small amount on the floor. 3. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no lift. 4. It is a bus route and a rather busy street even into the late evening so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs!
