Luxury 3 Bed Royal Mile Apartment

Accomodation was great, location was excellent.

Lovely size, clean apartment in a good location

Broken window, balcony door, fridge and plug in bath

Centrally located and clean (exactly like the photos).

A bit noisy at night, i.e. outside people shouting.

The location was fantastic, it was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed with amazing views

Central location easy access to old town. Spacious

Trying to get check-in information so we could plan was challenging, communication was poor in general. The entrance hall was no better than a hostel. Filthy, smelly, dark worn damp smelling carpet stuck down with electrical tape. The lift was rickety, damaged doors and smelt absolutely awful. Lights in the corridor at the entrance to the apartment didn’t work making it hard to access the key in the key box. The apartment itself smelt damp and was not very clean, stained carpets, lots of dust. The bathrooms were ok except that the towels were ridiculously small, only suitable for small children. Furnishings were cheap and not well maintained. WIFI was appalling, useless for work purposes or streaming TV. Kitchen was functional. In addition to all of this the noise from the royal mule outside was so loud until about 2 am it made sleep difficult even with the windows closed. The wardrobe in the master bedroom was full of junk and a huge blow up mattress making unusable until cleared out. It was in no way what we were expecting.

Edinburgh beauty and atmosphere.

The stair inside the apartment were not mentioned in the booking, nor was the view.

From the lift on the 4th floor, the flat has number of stairs to be climbed, which is too hard for elders
