Luxury 3 Bed Royal Mile Apartment

Plenty of space

The entrance from the street had multiple small steps and I witnessed 3 different people stumble and fall including one in our group. Really needs some warning or construction warning tape put on the steps to make sure guests notice the drop down.

The size was good

The entrance was filthy the hallways were a disgrace!!! Ripped carpet filthy!!!! The elevator was filthy. Was given minimal towels and they did not come in and clean the next day! We had garbage with no garbage bags😡would not recommend this for the price we paid! Very disappointing

Very spacious and great location

Trying to get info about accessing the apartment was overly complicated.

It was conveniently located to all the attractions and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious.

I had to reach out to the management about the stove that was not functioning and half the kitchen switches not working but I never got a response. Couldn’t use the appliances due to faulty fuse.

Key code sent in last email didn’t work on any of the boxes, finally found a code on the original email from 6 months ago that worked. Phoned the “helpline” no answer, left a message, no return call. Was also told that there was a bag drop, there isn’t. Not easy to find, future guest note: it’s the black gate next to Starbucks. The apartment itself was great, very well equipped and comfortable.

Fabulous location, beautifully appointed apartment Clean and tidy, well equipped and great for what we needed.

The older wooden windows rattled in the frames during the very windy weather and weren’t brilliant at keeping the noise of the hustle and bustle of a city out, but it was manageable. Larger bath towels would be good, one barely covered our 7 year old, never mind the adults. A few tea towels would be useful too.

I like all about the apartment... the Bed is so comfort . The kitchen is complete...fantastic view

Just for the two dining chairs is broken so we cannot use it ..mybe u can fix it or buy a new dining chair . . Thats all
