"Great apartment, great location, great host"

The house was located at the center of attractions. Easy to walk around. House complete with everything. Top view with small terrace allow us to experience snow at night without having to go outside the building.

The location on google map is not accurate. Actual location is next to starbucks.

"nice location if you want to party"

good location a little pricey hotels not much more . a little difficult to get into a lot of walking good fun . no parking close by.

"Lovely property, badly managed - avoid for business travel"

The property itself was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Location could hardly be better - right on the High Street and five minutes' walk from Waverley Station. The property included a few kitchen amenities such as teabags/coffee.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor communication from the property manager. Despite the property being advertised as suitable for business travel, it took weeks of chasing to fulfil the routine request of providing payment documents. This was in addition to minor issues including the property manager claiming an earlier check-in deadline than advertised and failing to notify the cleaning contractor that we had extended our stay.

"Good"

beds and linen were very good . nice surrounding area .15 minute walk to castle/haymarket . great big TV . easy to explode new and old town from this location and taxis are cheap in Edinburgh.

kitchen sparce on ware and no wine glass in the house,in fact very few glasses at all. pool table a joke. room layout quirky but to be expected as house is old.
