Lots of helpful information from Lukasz before arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable, very relaxing to stay in. Located very close to Royal Mile, South Bridge and great eateries - especially Jimmy's Express Chinese!!!! Easy to walk around the area and appreciate the old buildings and modern shops.

Towels - almost threadbare and only one bathsheet each, one handtowel to share. For the price, would have expected a little nicer.

Central location. Modern refurbishment. Electric heaters.

Heaters behind curtains not a great idea.

Property was clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. It was centrally situated within easy walking distance of many attractions.

Property was a little tired, it could do with a bit of tlc. We were disappointed that there was no bath plug.

The location and apartment size was great.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Definetly need new mattresses.

Thanks for the tiny bottle of water, individual bag of crisps, can of lemonade, instant coffee and tea bags.

Towels and bed linen so old and stained my husband wouldn’t believe they were clean so I had to buy sleeping bags. The bedroom window was hanging off one hinge, so even when I managed to close and lock it ( 15 mins) my daughter was scared we weren’t safe. Shower and bath grim we really didn’t want to use them. Very shabby - wardrobe doors don’t close, mirror cracked, soap dispenser so manky thank goodness I had my own soap. £600 per night they are exploiting families taking their children to uni. Should be ashamed of the blatant mis-selling!

Outstanding location, excellent apartment. Washer/dryer worked. Spacious. Would definitely book again.
