Clean and comfortable for a family of 5

A little bit cold on arrival but put the heating on and it warmed up quickly

The location was ok, easy to get about and walking distance.

The flat is not suitable for the volume of people it is advertised for, the facilities are very worn out and tired, one shower for 8 people. The property is run down due to the volume of people they allow to stay there. Beds are uncomfortable. It's a very basic flat. My suggestion would be to renovate the flat and refurnish with quality items and be more selective about the volume and type of person booking. The property is used and abused. No Netflix, while the TV has the functionality of Netflix, there is no linked account. Overall a very difficult stay, and poorly kitted out kitchen.

This place is around great . Close to everything and great value . Large rooms .

It was all good

The location was really convinient easy walking to the city center. The self check in and check out was very easy. The apartment was nice and clean.

The neighbors are too loud in the evening, woke us up in the middle of the sleep, laughing, yelling and banging of doors and walls.

Great location with limited parking.

As others have said the property is very tired and was not particularly clean. The double bed was broken and had a half repair. Upon arrival there were no keys in the key box and the owner was not contactable. I actually thought we’d been scammed. After over an hour of waiting eventually

perfect location. Great size with loads of space to chill out with family and catch up.

Bathrooms could maybe do with a little tlc but were clean.
