the location was great! close to walk to all cool things in Edinburgh

The property was good. Only suggestion would be to contact management team via whatsapp and not through booking.com. Also, the lock boxes need to be more clearly marked. The A and B lock boxes - the ink has rubbed off.

5-10 minutes walking distance to the city center and the train station. Clean and tidy floor with fully equipped kitchen. The area was quiet and safe. I was able to communicate with the customer service easily.

Electrical heater is used for the shower which works too noisy. The position of the shower may be changed for more comfort. The windows, especially in the living area needs maintenance. I never got a reply to my last query through the communication channels but overall, we had a nice experience.

"Great facilities, wonderful location with parking and would happily stay there again."

The location and facilities are excellent.

The property did not have a working extraction fan in the bathroom. Two sets of keys would be good on arrival. A pedestal fan would also be a useful addition during summer.
