Fabulous accommodation in a fantastic location, right on the beach. Clean house with fabulous facilities although the double bed in the 2nd bedroom is nearly on the floor! We managed ok, though 😀 The accommodation doesn't have a tv, it has a projector that uses the wall opposite as a screen. Once we'd worked out how to get the Sky TV box to connect to the projector, it was fine, although as there wasn't much on mainstream TV, for films, we cast/mirror-screened from our phone to it and it worked a treat. The owner was excellent, communicating with us as often as we required. The sea views from all the windows are exquisite, and going to bed listening to the waves gently breaking was sublime. The huge jacuzzi bath was a definite plus, as was the separate shower cubicle. I would definitely recommend it.

The noise from the cafe below and the bar on the corner was a bit loud on certain nights, but we didn't mind. We definitely plan on returning, but at a less-costly time of the year than August, as £1350 for 4 nights was extortionate (but still cheaper than most other accommodation in Edinburgh when the Fringe, the Tattoo, Sam Fender and Oasis are all on !).

The apartment was fab, but the star of the show was the location. Absolutely beautiful. The apartment was incredibly well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Nothing!! Maybe bring earplugs as seafront can be busy. One bed was quite low if you have an elderly or person in your party with limited mobility.

Could be quite noisy in the morning and nighttime as the beach cafe underneath started setting out chairs etc around 6 am for their 7 am opening and the beach was a meeting place for the locals who could stay until the early hours.

The location was fantastic. The flat was clean & spacious. The beds were comfortable ..& so lovely to go to bed to the sound of the sea
