Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Location was amazing looking down on the beach. Close to shops and not far from center of Edinburgh. Perfect location for a family holiday. Highly recommend 😃

Only 1 bathroom and the 1 toliet was in the bathroom. Not very convenient for a family of five but we managed. This in no way hindered our stay.

The location and the communication for arrival and departure was very good . No direct contact phone but only email

Bathroom ceiling mouldy and a slight odour in the room difficult to mask . Otherwise appartement was spotless and clean
