"Disappointing"

The apartment itself was good. A bit older but still everything was okay. Comfortable beds, clean, good amenities....

First about the apartment, the heating didnt work in the room with the single bed. Now about the service... horrible. Ruined our last day of the stay. I asked for a late check-out which was possible if i paid 10 pounds and i could stay until 6-7pm. No problem, but after i had given the 10 pounds i got a message saying that i had to leave the apartment before 12pm because the cleaning lady would come. We would leave our bags to pick up at a later time, but it was stated that we were not to use the apartment in any way. I mean, i asked for the late checkout because we were planning to have an early dinner and a shower before our flight. I paid the 10 pounds, so why wouldnt i be allowed to use the apartment? I then stated this. Suddenly i got a message back that i had to leave before 11am. Kind of ruined our plans for the last day unfortunately...

"Good for a young family"

We like the location and the quiet area at night. You are just off a busy street but far enough not to hear the traffic. The place was clean and the owner did help us with entering the unit and responded quickly to minor repairs

The information on the booking site needs to be updated for example the 3 bedrooms are not exactly as posted. the front bedroom with the twin bed and bunk beds was the largest, the second bedroom on the hallway side was a den converted into a twin ladder bed and the final bedroom on the back was a pantry converted to a single bed set up. The kitchen and washroom were functional was well as the couch but dont expect to get four adults around that little table without moving the couch. It would have been nice to hang our clothes on the back yard close line but we didn't have access
