Location good

The only double bed broke on the very first night of 5 booked nights Monica tried to fix it but was very uneven and uncomfordable On 2nd morning I contacted her and she said we may leave for other accommodation AND THEY WILL REFUND US Now Tom payed back only one night ! Not acceptable at all It was festival time in Edinburgh and surely he would replace someone there.......or not It is his responsiblility to look after his furniture!!

Location was perfect, close to the centre. Size of the appartment was good, parking close to the building.

The appartment would need a thorough cleaning. There were tons of long black hairs in the carpet in the living room. Everything in the appartment was grubby (furniture, doors, light switches, remote controls...). Moreover there was just one small hand towel for 2 persons even though it was claimed that there would be towels. When we contacted the owner with this he did not reply at all. First night we had to go to the store to buy them. To sumarize, if it was cleaned we would like it.

I had a great stay! The place was easy to find and located in a really convenient spot. It was clean, cozy, and just as described: very comfortable and welcoming. The host provided clear instructions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

If I had to mention one thing, the price felt a little on the higher side. I understand it reflects the general increase in prices across the UK, but still, it felt a bit much for the amount of time spent there. That said, everything else was lovely, and I appreciated the experience.

Good location - Shops and lots of other stuff nearby. Spacious and bright and well kutted out

Bed was a bit soft and bed settee was not great as a sofa.

"Our visit to Edinburgh"

It was in a good location .

The shower. There was no hot water therefore we could not shower on arrival Then when it was resolved the water was scalding hot . We could not get any live TV apart from bbc1. The freezer draws were built up of ice you could not open the drawers . It would be good if the owners left instructions for the TV and central heating as it was cold the 1st night.
