The corridor to the apartment was a little scary because the building is older and the corridor has not yet been renovated, but when you open the door of the apartment you forget about the corridor, because the apartment is really great and you have a feeling that it was renovated yesterday - just like on images. Clean, warm and have everything what you need... for the price that I pay and when you arrive, you just need to check if you are in proper apartment... definitely best apartment so far in this price range that I have visit.

Getting keys was not best experience (on the beginning) due to technical issues which was not owners fault and also not mine, just technical. Searching for key at almost dark was also a little bit tricky as there was several lock boxes mounted on the wall and just this one was separated on the fence 1 m from all others, so I have luck to notice it. It will be nice if apartment owner will give exact information which locker is the right one... but this was also adventure similar to Indiana Jones, when you need to find proper key of nice apartment ;).. yea, on the end it was some sort fun experience even if I was mad a little bit (on the beginning due to technical reasons) ;)

The location is perfect and central. It is a be lovely roomy apartment.

Spacious, clean, kitchen very well equipped, nicely furnished, good location

Small sink in the bathroom, 1 bedroom a bit noisy from the street. But still the positives are much bigger and we loved staying here, would come back !

Apartment was very clean, well equipped and well decorated/ very smart. Ok location.. would have been perfect if it was more the top end of the street but we got our steps in! The apartment was warm and everything was easy to use.

I struggled to sleep both nights due to the noise. Mainly from the students above playing loud music at 1am and then the banging of doors at 4am Lots of coming and going in the stair well..would also recommend black out blinds as there is a lot of light from the street that comes into the front bedroom. Pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Just a short walk to Grassmarket and Royal Mile

The shower was small

Very clean & modern, very near the city centre. Easy to walk to & find your way around. Would definitely go back to Edinburgh. So much to see.
