Spacious newly refurbished central apt

Great location for exploring and close by bus routes. Spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee provided was a great addition. Well equipped for self catering.

Lovely spacious apartment. Great location close to centre of Edinburgh. Very clean & everything catered for. Comfy beds. Clean good quality bedding and towels.

Struggled first day managing heating controls - could do with instructions.

Entrance close was dirty. Wallpaper hanging off bedroom wall, bathroom not cleaned properly and bits of mold in shower. No binbags, or dish towels to dry dishes or clothes to wipe down kitchen surfaces, lamps in bedroom with no bulbs

Everythign was great. The apartment was clean, cousy and confortable and the landlord check on us once we enter the apartment to check if everythig was OK. Location was perfect and information for check in and check out very clear and easy. We will be back

Location excellant. Within a short walk to centre of Edinburgh

There were no instructions within the flat for using the oven or hob. The flat was warm on our arrival. However the heating failed to come on the following day. To be fair once we notified the agent they came back immediately with instructions. Unfortunately the following day the same instructions failed to work which made us wonder if the heating is operated by a remote control. Again no instructions on use of the tv. No notice with Wi-Fi password. The bathroom was clean as was the flat. However the sink is so tiny it's even awkward brushing your teeth. The keys for the flat are on a fence 2 streets away . It's not far from the flat but as it was raining heavily on departure inconvenient . We did wonder why it wasn't on the railings outside the flat.

The property is centrally located and super close to bus links to further afield. If you’re sightseeing like we were the CitySightseeing bus stop is also just outside the apartment. The checkin process was expertly explained and very straight forward. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, very warm (much needed after a cold autumns day), and equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend.

There isn’t much to complain about! As a group of women we would suggest there being more mirrors available and bigger sink space in the bathroom but I wouldnt say this affected our stay at all. One thing I would maybe stress to someone booking this apartment is that there isn’t a lift and you’re on the first floor. Fine for us but others may struggle.
