Spacious newly refurbished central apt

Spacious and in a convenient location

The property is not non smoking. The stench of stale cigarette smoke is terrible. The windows don’t open or are difficult to open to let fresh air in to ventilate the rooms. I used cans of air freshener to make it a bit better.

Very good position. Good sized rooms and very clean

Slightly better kitchen equipment especially more mugs and cups

The property was clean tidy and pictures inside were as shown

Was unaware of the condition of the entrance lighting was poor and stair difficult to walk up and down to lst floor apartment as on a curve

The apartment is located in a good area and close to Grassmarket. Grocery around the corner. Hop on hop off about a block away. Washer came in handy. The staff was great in giving instructions to the apartment.

It only has 1 fan. The one bedroom is facing the road and the traffic light. Since you have to have your windows open the cars are a constant at the light. The hallway entrance is beyond poor. We would not book again because of these things.

It was super modern, and the location was perfect.

Nothing at all. A door stop for the second bedroom would be really handy for the self closing door (but that’s tiny!)

The front bedroom is quite noisy due to the old windows & road noise The hall & stairway requires decoration & improved lighting
