No está preparado para alojar a 3 personas. Un sofá como una tabla que era incómodo para sentarse; para dormir horrible. Eramos 3 y no había cubiertos para todos. La única sarten que habia sucia y grasienta, además de una olla muy pequeña. Nos entraron 7 avispas por los huecos de la ventana de la habitación por la noche. Tuvimos que tapar los huecos con papel de alumino. Mi hijo es alergico. No tuvimos agua caliente en 2 días y medio. Vinieron a arreglarlo y no nos dieron explicación mas que habíamos tocado un botón, cosa que no era cierta. He mandado esta misma queja a los gestores del apartamento hace semanas y ni siquiera me han contestado.

Excellent location in the heart of the Royal Mile, steps away from The Hub and the castle. The place is cozy, and it was very clean. Julia and her team were super responsive despite this being a fully self service property with no front desk.

It didn't affect us at all but it's important for others to consider that because this is an old building, you can overhear noises from adjacent apartments AND there's a water pump that will activate every time you either use the toilet or the bathroom sink. Again, this wasn't a problem for my wife, our 5-year old and myself but some folks are more sensitive.

am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the apartment I booked at Royal Group Appartments Edinburgh from 22/08/25 to 24/08/25. The property was advertised as comfortable accommodation well-maintained, but what I found upon arrival was completely different and unacceptable. The apartment we were allocated was not as advertised in the listing photos. It was in a state of disrepair and in urgent need of a deep clean and redecoration. Specifically, I found the following issues: * Cleanliness: The apartment felt dirty with an unpleasant odour of damp even when the windows were open, the bathroom had mold and mil dew and was poorly finished this made the space feel unsanitary and uninviting. The walls were stained with what looked like damp and the fridge freezer compartment was broken and our food was ruined by water leaking into the fridge and the fridge had a constant trail of water running across the kitchen floor. There was limited cups to use, cups were chipped and stained and the kitchen sink was stained brown which again made it feel unsanitary. * Decor and Furnishings: The apartment is in dire need of redecorating. The paint is yellow, there are scuff marks and stains on the walls, burn mark on the carpet and the furniture is worn out and damaged and didn't feel comfortable to be able to sit and relax on. This is not the standard one would expect from a rental property, especially one that was advertised with such high-quality photos. The condition of this apartment is a significant misrepresentation of what was advertised. I have photos I can send as evidence of the is sues I have raised.

Great location

The room had like a bee hive (or they were trying to build one), bees were getting into the room through a hole in the window frame, it is clear the owners know about this since it has a piece of aluminum foil trying to prevent it. I got stung by one but luckily I am not allergic. I told the owners and asked for a refund but they seemed not to care too much about it, said they would “consider it”. I have videos and pictures! We had to close the door and sleep on the couch!!

En este alojamiento no había ningún tipo de mantenimiento, suelos en mal estado, baldosas del baño rotas, no funcionaba el tostador, los armarios de la cocina rotos y desencajados, sillas muy sucias y se movían, a punto de romperse, la alcachofa de la ducha en muy mal estado, se salía toda el agua, un sillón de mimbre con un agujero y el grifo de la cocina roto. En resumen muy mal estado del alojamiento.
