Royal Mile Budget Apartments

L’emplacement était parfait ! Nous étions à 5-10 minutes de tout, pour un prix abordable, du pur plaisir !

J’avoue que le canapé lit n’était pas des plus agréables, mais c’est vraiment du nitpicking, le reste était parfait

La ubicacion. Pero subir con maletas y un carro de bebe.... deben avisar la planta para decicir si quedarse o no .

La cocina no funcionaba. El sofa cama estaba lleno de bultos ya que el colchon era de un relleno extraño y te clavabas las maderas, imposible dormir. La cama tenia los muelles fuera y te los clavabas. El microondas hacia un ruido infernal y el agua salia muy poco. Habia humedades y moho negro. Subir y bajar maletas, por no hablar del carro de un bebe era horroroso. En las escaleras no habia barandilla. Los anfintriones tardaban en contestar y ignoraron las quejas sobre la cama. Deben avisar cuando el alojamiento es con niños o mas de un pareja porque el sofa cama no es para dormir vamos. Madaron al de mantenimieto y entro sin saber nosotros que entraria. Horrible horrible

It was a lovely quaint atmospheric apartment, with all you need for a couple of nights stay in Edinburgh. The spiral stone staircase is an added bonus, but not for the faint hearted. Like anywhere in Edinburgh be prepared for the unexpected. Very quick response’s from owners and personal touches like the welcome box and tea and coffee. Many thanks xx

The sofa bed was a little dated and uncomfortable to sit on whilst relaxing after walking the length and breath of Edinburgh.

Just the location, which is just right along Royal Mile and very close to the castle

We had a different circumstance which needed some considerations by the staff regarding the access to the apartment but they refused to help and are not understanding about it. So we have to bite the bullet and make it work. The stay wasn't comfortable as the apartment was musky and dusty. It wasn't well cleaned for guests to stay. We didn't have a comfortable stay with our toddler despite having to make difficult compromises to stay in this accommodation. It's not worth paying budget for this place because it's not budget considering the poor quality of service, cleanliness and comfort.

The location was great, close to eduinbough castle, shops, restraurants and transport. The building is unique and the price was great. The bedding and towels were clean. The instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Communication when apartment was ready for check in.

The apartment was such a let down. The bed was very uncomfortable resulting in very poor sleep for one and no sleep for another, there were large water staines on the bedroom wall, the bathroom had mould spots everywhere due to no ventalation, the bath was not inviting due to the enamel coming off, the marks on the wall and floor made it feel unclean. The kitchen sink had a large brown stain which was off putting the cups were chipped, the microwave was unsettling due to the noise we did not cook due to the lack of trust in the appliences. Carpet was ripped and fraying. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on the filling was lumpy in places then no filling in others the duvet and pillows from the bed had to be used to make sitting berable. The wicker chaires are broken in parts and a cushion was needed to sit on. You were unable to watch the tv from the sofa unless you sat sidewards due to.the location of the tv. The step into the apartment is very high and the steps leading to the appartment only had a hand rail half way up.

The location was perfect, every tourist attraction was very close.

It was very noisy when someone was using the stairs. The beds were uncomfortable.
