Royal Mile Group Apartments will contact the guest directly after booking with check in instructions. The Property does not have a reception and there is easy self check-in procedure. Apartments are accessed by the keys collected directly by the guest from key safe. Guests can check in themselves any time after 15:00. Please be aware that access to the apartment is through narrow spiral staircase only and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Royal Mile Group Apartments does not have a luggage storage facility and as a result is unable to store luggage for guests before check-in or after check-out times. Due to property based 200 yards from Edinburgh Castle right in the heart of old town there is no free parking of the property. Pay per hour limited public parking is available close to the property. Large car park is around 10 minutes walk away from the property. Parking details will be included in self check-in instructions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"If you don’t mind the noise, it is great place to stay."

Location is strategic, near attraction sites as famous eating outlet. It is easy to find with clear instructions. Description of the amenities is accurate. The unit comes with a kitchen, comfortable sleeping area for three adults. It has spiral and narrow stairs, please plan to come with light luggage.

The water pump is noisy and just right at the bedside. Every time water is used, the pump will activate. You need to take bath with some time lapse in between otherwise there will not be water supply for continuous bath. You can hear other tenants on the upper level even walking in their unit.

Solo me gustó la ubicación

El sofá cama es inhumano. Pedimos otro colchón y no nos atendieron la petición. Finalmente mi hermana y yo optamos por dormir en el suelo. Electrodomésticos rotos, solo encontramos un enchufe que funcionase.
