Royal Mile Group Apartments will contact the guest directly after booking with check in instructions. The Property does not have a reception and there is easy self check-in procedure. Apartments are accessed by the keys collected directly by the guest from key safe. Guests can check in themselves any time after 15:00. Please be aware that access to the apartment is through narrow spiral staircase only and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Royal Mile Group Apartments does not have a luggage storage facility and as a result is unable to store luggage for guests before check-in or after check-out times. Due to property based 200 yards from Edinburgh Castle right in the heart of old town there is no free parking of the property. Pay per hour limited public parking is available close to the property. Large car park is around 10 minutes walk away from the property. Parking details will be included in self check-in instructions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable. Muy correcto, limpio y con detalle de bienvenida.

No me ha gustado la falta de respuesta cuando he preguntado por mensaje, afortunadamente no he tenido ningún problema pero si lo hubiese tendido...he preguntado una cosa y no han respondido aún después de tres días.

"Overall It was good experience."

The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The apartment is in an older building and located on an upper floor, with access only via steep stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone. The LCD TV and strong Wi-Fi connection were great, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking your own meals. Overall, it was a good experience staying in a prime location in Edinburgh.

There was smell coming from the bedroom and washroom, and the water flow was low.

La posizione, l’architettura particolare, sembrava di entrare in un castello, la camera é spaziosa (ma eravamo in due) e il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente.

Le scale non vanno bene per chi ha difficoltà motorie e la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare, inoltre avevo chiesto delle informazioni per messaggio ma non mi ha risposto nessuno, nel complesso nulla di grave.
