Royal Mile Group Apartments will contact the guest directly after booking with check in instructions. The Property does not have a reception and there is easy self check-in procedure. Apartments are accessed by the keys collected directly by the guest from key safe. Guests can check in themselves any time after 15:00. Please be aware that access to the apartment is through narrow spiral staircase only and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Royal Mile Group Apartments does not have a luggage storage facility and as a result is unable to store luggage for guests before check-in or after check-out times. Due to property based 200 yards from Edinburgh Castle right in the heart of old town there is no free parking of the property. Pay per hour limited public parking is available close to the property. Large car park is around 10 minutes walk away from the property. Parking details will be included in self check-in instructions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Bed is nice and comfortable. Heating works very well.

The place is not as clean as you thought it is. Moulds in the shower area can be sorted.

La ubicación es perfecta,, el apartamento tenia de todo y estaba limpio. La propietaria nos mando la ubicación y todo estaba muy bien explicado, no tuvimos ningún problema en llegar y nos tenían un detallito el día que llegamos, muy bien la verdad.

La humedad en las paredes, pero igual por el clima es normal. Las escaleras estrechas son un poco incómodas .

Sicuramente la posizione di questo appartamento è l’unica cosa favorevole, siamo riusciti a girare tranquillamente tutto il centro con molta semplicità. Dovrebbero solo avere più attenzione e cura della pulizia e delle condizioni dell casa.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo subito notato un odore nauseante di muffa, la casa era in condizioni pessime tra muffa ovunque e scarsissima pulizia, non è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Se non fossero stati 3gg credo avremmo lasciato prima l’appartamento

"Excellent location and stay"

Great location and comfy bed. Everything you need if you are not staying in the partment for long. Instructions to access apartment were detailed and accurate.

The shower was quite poor and stairs are not great if you have poor mobility but knew this prior to booking.
