Great location, very central.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable, had to pay extra for sofa bed linen which wasn't communicated prior to booking, location of lock box wasn't communicated properly so had to call property management upon arrival who took some time to figure it out for themselves.

Central location. Free snacks and coffee/tea. Mostly clean and comfortable. Good customer service hotline.

Charged extra to use pull out sofa. No curtain on window on top of door (passersby could see in). Shower head leaking. Cleaning materials were dirty (mop was unusable). Wifi was almost nonexistent (kept cutting on and off).

"Perfect location for a five days stay"

It was a great stay in Edinburgh. The place's location is wonderful. All facilities were of a high standard. We were able to walk to almost all the activities we planned. From the Airport, we bought a return family tram ticket. A tram station is no more than a 10-minute walk from the property.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable, and since we booked for a family, I didn't understand why they charged extra for the sofa bed linens. We paid only because the property was well located. Finally, They could offer travel cots in this location.

Upset broken sofa where it was not possible to sleep. We couldn't inflate the mattress that we were offered.

lovely, bed was so comfy, clean, near to where we wanted to be! lovely stay.

the sofa bed was broken so my 2 boys had to sleep on the airbed which was ok but would of preferred the sofa bed.

Location. Nicely furnished. Nice communication with the property.

It was very cold during the day and we had no control over when the heating came on and off. We paid extra for the sofa bed to be made up, but we had to make it up ourselves.

Very modern and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location.

The fridge wasn’t working when we first got there. However this was dealt with by Altido very quickly.
