as there was 3 it was great we all had a bedroom so handy for train station - tip - head for platform 3 and lookout for sign calton rd , cross footbridge exit onto calton rd turn right 700 mtrs and your there.

location. tip - front door turn right through car park exit gates and continue straight, good choice to bfast

"Ok apartment for a lads weekend but not really up to standard for a family trip at this price."

Enough space, close enough to Royal mile . Functionally everything worked.

Very tired, corridor leading to front door smells awful. Toilet very basic but ok, large stains on the carpet, every floorboard creeks badly(not quaint) walls had scratches and damage(needs a paint job) . Noise from student area directly behind apartment went on to the early hours.

Clean and spacious room. Welcomed on arrival and shown around the apartment. Good location, only a 10-15 minute walk from main shops and restaurants

Location maybe not ideal for older people as have to go up hills to get to main shops and restaurants Apartment was ideal wit everything needed during stay

"We had a great time. Walking distance to majority of things."

Everything was comfortable and worked well. Location is great. Friendly and helpful agents.

The balcony was dirty and couldn’t really be used.
