"Disappointing stay , not comfortable, not good value for money at all."

The location is fantastic. Easy walk to the city centre. There are supermarket, cafes, restaurants within 10 mins walking distance

The bathroom is very very basic, the shower is on the electric, instant one, not enough water coming out. There are broken tiles behind the toilet seat. I am of average height, but the seat is very low and I feel uncomfortable to sit on. All the chairs and sofas are very uncomfortable to sit down. ( All the foams are gone ), It is difficult to get up once you sit in the sofa. The kitchen is not too bad, equipped with pot and pans. The worst thing about this place is the wifi, very weak and cannot support more than 2 devices. I have to go out every morning to Starbucks to use their wifi to catch my email. In short, the host charge far more than they should for what they offer.

"Wonderful comfortable stay in heart of Edinburgh"

Comfortable family stay during Fringe Festival. Jo from the booking office was extremely helpful in answering any questions before our arrival, as was Emil who showed us around. Very quiet flat for being so close to main streets. The beds& pillows were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need, plus a dishwasher! The location was ideal, bottom of Royal Mile, away from the hoopla, but close to the action. Highly Recommend!

Wish there were fans and extra blankets!

"centrally located, quiet apartment perfect for a family of 5!"

central location! not loud at night. beds were super comfy. enjoyed on-demand hot water.

balcony isn’t useable. parking space is very small (ie not for a Santa Fe Tucson) and requires expert skills to maneuver around a pole.

Location great. Emil greeted us with keys and answered all the questions we had and then he showed us a map of he city and recommended places to go. Very clean. Walking distance to royal mile. Stay here and you will not disappointed.
