La ubicación, la comunicación en bus al centro y caminando. Se ubica detrás del palacio y en 15-20 minutos estas en la royal mile. Cerca hay supermercados como el líder, zona muy tranquila. El anfitrion muy atento a ayudarnos vía WhatsApp.

"Good Value for what you pay."

Location was convenient to the bus system, only 7 minute walk to the bus stop from the property. Bus came every few minutes and less than 10 minutes to Princes Street from getting on the bus. If you are driving the free private car park is an bonus. Well furnished kitchen which has washing machine and dishwasher.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable for sitting on. Could do with being changed to something more comfortable. Mirror in the bathroom is too high for us shorter people! Kitchen seating unit and the floor in the seating area could do with an upgrade.

The location and having a parking space. It was clean and the communication with the host was excellent

The decoration in the kitchen and bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a refresh.

Their host was very nice along with the location is fantastic. The location Arthur Seat was very lovely which was near the apartment and was a great activity. Value for money.

ruhige Lage, Park in der Nähe

The apartment welcomed us in a very shabby and worn-out condition. By that, we particularly mean the floors and the bathroom. The carpets are old, worn, and stained. The floor in the kitchen under the table is coming loose and is wavy. The mirror in one of the rooms was smeared. The toilet leaks, a cereal bowl was provided to catch the water. The kitchen is off-putting. The cutlery drawer and the extractor hood are dirty. The floors are greasy. The backrest on one of the benches is unstable and not fixed in place. One lightbulb is defective and has not been replaced before our arrival. Communication with the host was okay, but demanding and strict. Due to the overall uninviting condition, we consider the price-performance ratio to be poor. We cannot recommend the apartment in its current state and we felt very uncomfortable.
