Clear communication from the host including detailed instructions. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and they were also accommodating of our arrival timing.

The state of the apartment is generally in need of an update, especially the kitchen. That said, I felt the apartment matched the photos, so I was expecting this. It is still a good value for the price.

Is a little far away from the center

Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the centre. We were staying while attending an event at the Royal Commonwealth pool which was less than a 10 min drive away. Having allocated parking this close to town was great for our twice a day trips to the pool. The apartment was spacious and warm - perfect for a family of 4. The option of paying for a late check out was also an added bonus. Kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to self cater for the whole trip

Lighting in the kitchen could be improved, I can imagine in the summer it isn't a problem but we had dark wet days. The mirror in the bathroom is a little too high to see through. Otherwise nothing to not like

It was ok

The location is great, its quiet around the corner from Holyrood and Dynamic Earth. There isn't much around like corner shops, there is a small paper shop for milk and a sweet but recommend nipping to a shop for milk etc before heading to property. The property was fantastic, clean comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for self-catering. Plenty plugs for those needing to charge phones, hair dryers and straighteners etc. The wifi is great, the TV has all the apps for watching tv. The view of Arthurs seat from Living room and kitchen is gorgeous.

The mirrors were very high, as a girl of 5ft I couldn't see in the bathroom mirror, the living room and hallway mirror was fine though. Maybe a brighter bulb in the ceiling lights. But that is just nit-picking the flat is great. 4 of us managed perfectly for the 2 nights.

The property has everything that was needed it was clean and comfortable we enjoyed our 2 night stay here

Location not too bad and able to park… assuming you don’t forget to display permit which we did initially and got a fine.

While we didn’t use the sofa bed it was very cheap end and didn’t make for comfy sofa. Property would be much better if this was upgraded. While not dirty there were clumps of dust around and so it could have been slightly cleaner.

We liked the position of the property, we also liked the facilities.The property is big enough for 5 persons.

We expected the property to be a little bit more maintained (though that matter is not so serious) i.e a good white paint for the walls is needed for the property to be rated as excellent.

Heating hard to navigate, generally the cleaning was good, but a few items overlooked like washing machine, bin area, mattress stained, pillows could be improved, but nothing deterred from the overall enjoyment of our stay
