JOIVY Modern 1 bed Flat in West End, close to Princes Gardens

The apartment is very well located and easy to find/access. It is well maintained and it felt like a comfortable space to relax in. The welcome biscuits and teabags were a lovely touch and everything was very clean.

The location was really good and the hot water and heating were reliable.

The access into the property was really hit and miss , it was not reliable and caused anxieties when leaving the property for the day. The shower handle was also temperamental it would become loose and fall off on its own therefore time spent having to put it back in place to turn the shower off was not ideal.

Great location, gorgeous flat, very good commute from airport, very nice facilities and very clean

Coffee machine cups are not there and they are quite proprietary. Would be nice if couple where included

maybe have a few more cleaning items to use.

Location is perfect, house was spotlessly clean, new kitchen, great bathroom, TV was set up with netflix etc, house was warm and cosy with everything you need. Loved it!

The one thing I would change would be a better mattress to sleep on, it was a little soft for me but that's just us maybe

Brilliant central location

Hosts need to answer emails. I filled in the check in more than a week before arrival. No reply to how to access property. I emailed them twice and still no reply. Had to ring when standing on the doorstop. Code still didn't work so had to receive via a different method. Very stressful check in. Asked for a late checkout, again no response until we were actually there. Mirrors, throw, cushion covers and blinds were dirty and the plinth was off the cupboards lying on the floor.
