JOIVY Spacious Apt in New Town Prime Location

1. Spacious apartment 2. Very nice furniture 3. Children friendly. My child was happy running all over the place. 4. Near to the city center 5. Near to Grocery stores like Sainsbury and Tesco Value for money I would say. Enjoyed it. Extended my stay till 13 days and I would have extended more 5 days if it was available. Loved it. Do visit and enjoy 😉.

Excellent location with a pretty short walk to Princess street. Very spacious appartment. Kitchen well equipped.

We had an issue with our heating and hot water on our first night as the boiler had been turned off before we arrived. We contacted the host and this was resolved to our satisfaction. Having to pay extra for bed linen for the couch bed seems excessive and unnecessary.

The apartment was well maintained. The location is great. We like that the apartment is fully equipped and it is spacious.

No lights at the corridor and on the landing.

Nice location the apartment has good facilities nice welcome pack, plenty of bedding the apartment itself is fine but some simple things just put a damper on the stay.

There is no lighting in the entrance or hallway, the entrance is dirty had problems getting the lock box open and could not get it locked on leaving had to leave the keys in the apartment it took a while to sort the heating as the nest app was not working correctly was a bit chilly at times but not to bad

Emergency lighting didn’t work in shared hallway so had to use the phone torch Paid extra for of sofa bed linen but not made up Hallway stair carpet needs tacking down and full of dog hairs Mould growing in coffee machine

Excellent location in the new town. Close to Stockbridge and the west end. Spacious typical new town apartment in good condition.

Minor things, broken bathroom window, non functioning gas fireplace (would have been nice to use in the evening with the cold weather).

Really spacious apartment, comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood, and only 10 mins walk to restaurants. The flat itself was clean and tidy, with decent furniture. It was nice they left tea, coffee & biscuits for us.

The shared stairwell had no light, so you had to use your phone as a torch to get up the stairs - this wouldn't be suitable for older people. The stairs were also pretty dirty - covered in dog hair etc.
