Dar 91 Essaouira

In the classic sense, a home away from home. It was wonderful to have such a welcoming, beautiful and safe place to come back to whilst in Essaouira.

Paolo è stato gentilissimo e disponibile fin da subito, siamo arrivati a notte fonda per un problema al pullman, Hakim ci ha aspettati ed accolti per la consegna delle chiavi. il Monolocale è super accogliente, pratico e comodissimo, con tutto il necessario, comodissima anche la posizione, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.

Wir haben 10 Tage im Appartement von Paolo verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Paolo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber: Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns eine köstliche Obstplatte, außerdem versorgte er uns mit spannenden und wertvollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Appartement selbst ist einfach toll – liebevoll eingerichtet und voller beeindruckender Kunstwerke, wie wir später erfuhren, eine große Leidenschaft von Paolo. Alles war super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch: mitten in der Medina! Wir würden jedem empfehlen, in der Medina zu wohnen – näher und authentischer kann man das Leben dort kaum erleben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen. Besser geht nicht!

La maison est parfaitement placée en plein cœur de la médina, mais dans une rue un petit peu à l’écart au calme

Paolo and Jeremy were amazing hosts, quick to reply to any questions and going above and beyond to help us in any way (taxis, food etc). We really felt at home, highly recommend!

It takes a while to get used to the old city and its few entrances and exits. Be warned if you get overwhelmed/anxious by things like that it gets very busy and you can definitely get lost.

Electrical issue with the fridge gave me a severe shock. Owner was quick to get electrician to check which was great, but host told me there was nothing wrong with fridge. Left premises early as was worried about electrical safety in apartment. Owner refunded my fees which was very generous, but wish issue had not occured in first place. Door number is actually 89 not 91, and the GPS coordinates on Google maps take you to a small side street. Spent a lot of time trying to find room. Owner told me he had sent me details via email but unfortunately I had been travelling for 4 weeks prior to Essaouira and had no access to emails, only Booking.com updates. Just not meant to be :-( .

Appartement très bien placé en sein de la Médina à deux pas de la mer avec une très belle décoration. Une très belle terrasse qui donne une vue d'ensemble de la ville. Literie très confortable et propre Notre hôte et son assisant très à l'écoute et très attentionnés.

Un peu plus de vaisselles serait top, mais c'était gérable

Super emplacement , accueilli avec gâteaux , olives et panier de fruits et le nécessaire pour faire un bon thé à la menthe r Paolo est adorable et bienveillant

Todo el personal del Dar 91. Sus amabilidad y las recomendaciones y conocimientos de la ciudad qie compartieron con nosotros. La confianza y tranquilidad. El apartamento está muy bien y la zona es segura y con un ambiente vecinal agradable!
