The picture shows a bed, which didn't exist. Hence, my son had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa.

This apartment is like a house as it’s on three floor with two roof terraces. Beautifully finished without changing the character of the building . The kitchen has all you need for eating in. The souk, small shops and local bread bakery were nearby where we bought fresh bread , fish, vegetables & fruit. Paolo & Hakim were informative and helpful. The local area is interesting and a quieter area than other parts of the medina. I hope to stay here the next time I visit Essaouira.

it was very comfortable and felt like home. We had the small room on the bottom without terrace and enjoyed our stay. Host was great and communicated well. Clean space with comfortable bed and bed linen. Would stay again. Probably one of the best places we stayed in Morocco.

Exactly as described and as in the photos. Homely and welcoming apartment. Hosts friendly, relaxed and extremely helpful and accommodating. Coffee & tea, fruit and biscuits ❤️ Quiet location for sleeping.

Flush button for toilet a little awkward to access/press. Mosquito / cat screens would be an added bonus, especially in summer.

The space Paolo has created allows you to fully immerse yourself in the essence of Essaouira, even after a long day exploring the Medina. Not only is it exceptionally well-located and cozy, but the attention to detail keeps revealing new surprises throughout your stay. A truly inspiring and thoughtful retreat!
