Desert Home Essaouira

A fantastic place close to the sea, quite near the center. On the terrace, soothing shade on a sunny day. Very good communication with the owner. And wonderful, helpful Samira. She took care of my wife when she felt unwell. She prepared a very good meal and asked about her health. Whenever we are there again, we will definitely stay there.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. Omar was kind and helpful answering our questions and provided clear instructions to find the location and check in Samira welcomed us and was exceptionally friendly. She gave us all the information we needed and offered to cook us authentic Moroccan cuisine. The location was perfect for the beach and local cafes in a nice peaceful relaxed area. There were ample utilities for us to use and we were reassured we could ask for anything extra we needed. The WiFi was great and the facilities were lovely and clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning the next visit already to stay longer. The garden was lovely and secluded.

Very comfortable, cool, well decorated and all that one needs for a small group vacation. We loved the living room for our group late night conversations and special dinners and the terrace was both amazing if you want to have dinner outside and to leave the wetsuits after surfing. The staff was lovely and the house had everything we needed - including a tagine. Super well located, nice to park and near the beach, I would definitely book this again. ♥️ Thank you for the memories, Desert Home. 🙏🏻

It was a stunning property. Every feature was beautiful. Felt like home. Samira the lady who takes care of the property is a very kind lady. It’s around the corner from the beach.

A decent walk from the centre of town but it wasn’t an issue for us

It’s nice and quiet, close to the beach, the decoration is beautiful, both Omar and Samira are very nice.

Nothing, it’s the best one we found in Morocco

Apartment is comfortable, a minute away from the beach, 20 min walk to busy, old town. It is very spacious with a well sized sitting room. In December it was warm enough, probably perfect in warmer months.

Everything was great. The home was very clean with a nice atmosphere. Great location, close to the beach and a short walk to the medina.

The lights in some of the rooms could be better . Espacially the kitchen was a bit dark in the evenening.

The housekeeper was very helpful and took us to the local shop to help us get our bearings. For us the location was good because it was away from the very busy part of the city but close to the beach. There was also a very good restaurant nearby.

It was good to have a washing machine in the apartment but it was noisy. That was the only and very small negative.
