location clean great wifi hot water with great pressure

we had one person sleep on the floor because the did not give us the correct amount of beds to what we had ordered which was kind of disappointing.

Host met us and delivered the keys- gave us fantastic directions and help getting up the stairs

The apartment is pretty grim- in a very unsafe feeling area surrounded by rubbish.

The accommodation offered a shuttle service to the airport. The day before arrival, we were advised that there was no shuttle service available which was the primary reason for booking the hotel. When asked to facilitate a taxi booking for us that we were going to pay for ourself, they declined to help us with this. There was no hot water in the shower, only the bath. The single beds were incredibly small. The breakfast was outrageous, a very small selection prepackaged sweet treats with no substance/care. The outdoor furniture didn’t have any cushioning available so was just the rattan. Missed the mark completely.

Close to airport

The hot water was over after 2 people showered and didn't come back. We came before the flight for a few hours to freshen up and maybe take a short nap, the fact we didn't have hot water ruined the entire experience.

1.说有班车其实没有，借口是在维修。 2.说有四张床，两间卧室。其实就一张床和一个沙发床，只有一间卧室。 3.马桶是坏的，洗手池下水是堵的。 4.床单脏脏的，毛巾掉毛严重。 5.城市税只收现金，不知道是不是想偷税漏税。

The apartment was very close to Parco Leonardo station, offering excellent connectivity to the airport. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the basic facilities in place.

It was a little difficult to locate the exact location on google/Apple Maps. No complaints otherwise.

The property was spacious enough, had enough sleeping spots, clean sheets, clean bathrooms, and kitchen. But they did accommodate 10 people and two apartments and we were next to each other so that was great!

It was just kind of hard to get to, and we had to walk our luggage across a large space because there are lots of security gates. The elevator was small and we had 10 people with luggage. One apartment only had a bathtub. The included breakfast was just some junk food and packages left in the room for us.
