Booked by an accident - thought this is an airport hotel, but turned out to be a high-quality apartment with plenty of space, nice beds, well cleaned, and ok bathrooms.

There is no shuttle, which was advertised, but not a huge problem as the train station is in just a few minutes walk. Could not see any breakfast either, notwithstanding I've paid for it: "Breakfast is included in the final price.". There were quite a few snacks provided when I arrived. It was a major challenge to find the host in the late evening when I arrived - spent probably 20 min walking around trying to understand where I should go. Still trying to extract a tax invoice from the host, who is apparently just ignoring me now...

If you will go really early in the morning, it’s kind of difficult for the Ubers to arrive to the property.

היה לנן עיכןב בטיסה ובעקבות זאת איחרנו אחרי חצות ב- 5 דקות בלבד. בעל המלון סירב לקבל אותנו התכתבתי איתו באנגלית החזיר תשובות באיטלקית. כמובן שלקח תשלום מלא למרות שלא התארחנו בסוף. חוסר ההתחשבות של בעל המלון שלא היה מוכן לבוא לקראתנו זוג + 3 ילדים קטנים בארץ זרה ללא מקום לינה בחצות הלילה. הרגיש שהוא עושה בכוונה.

There was nothing to like about this accommodation.

This place is a scam. The description and images displayed on the website do not reflect the actual standard of the premises, but I have been told that this is not unusual with accommodations in Rome. I heard this from both tourists and long-term residents who are either working or studying here. We were provided with the building and apartment numbers on email but on arrival, the host informed us that that it was incorrect. And this was long after we had tried to access it with the codes and failed in futility. The access directives are also very confusing and poor. The host had the audacity to inform us that it was a generic email sent to all guests. The bedrooms were cold and fewer than mentioned, there was no living room contrary to what was indicated on Booking.com. We arrived in the evening, exhausted and longing for a hot bath. The showers did not have consistent hot water (mind you, it is October) and when we raised this complaint, the host casually told us to wait for 30min. (We are 6 guests). I do not understand the water heating system in this apartment, but it is very inefficient and unfriendly. There was also hair clogging the shower drainage and all over the bathroom floor. The hygiene standards were deplorable. Lastly, my father forgot his pyjamas on his bed and when I inquired via message on Booking.com, I was told the cleaning team had not seen them. The host did not get back to us when we contacted him directly.
