"For one night only"

location is easy to get to, near train station and shopping mall, spacious

it’s not very clean, especially kitchen stove and cabinets, in lack of pots and pans and utensils. floor is dirty - perhaps all due to the poor cleaning service. The only bathroom is located inside the bedroom. Two other guests staying sleeping in the living room would need to come into the bedroom even in the middle of the night. It’s absolutely crazy! So, this apartment is only good for 2 people, not more.
