Self check-in instructions need updating. I was mortified to have to telephone at such a late hour, but the instructions sent were wrong. Being a female at 01.45 in a strange place made me feel vulnerable.

close to the airport, we paid 30€ for the taxi it’s a nice apartment which has basically all you need (except a coffee machine 🥲) but I’m an coffee addict and theres a shopping center right next to the property which has good coffee!

The apartment location was actually quite good. It is only a 10-15 minute Taxi ride to the airport. Additionally, it is directly across one low traffic access street from a shopping mall that has a large grocery store right inside the closest door. In addition to location, the apartment has a kitchen and working air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Clean towels, and sheets as well as 2 spare rolls of toilet paper were provided.

Access to the apartment sounds simple enough when the owner sends the texts, but simply entering the code to get through the gate to the building didn't appear to do anything. Like other reviewers, we were fortunate that either the gate was open or another tenant opened the gate for us. Exiting the property requires pressing a button on a column that you walk past to get to the gate. We didn't know this until a random person outside the gate was kind enough to point out the button so that we could actually leave in order to visit the mall across the street. The apartment has not been maintained or cleaned very well. There are stains on the sofa cushions, old items in the fridge and freezer. The bathroom exhaust fan makes terrible screeching noises that had been reported by previous guests, but still not fixed. The shower is non-functional due to a bad valve that switches the water from the bath faucet to the shower heads - also reported by previous guests but not yet fixed. The bathroom is visually not clean - IE: yellowing/mold around the poor calking around the tub. On top of all that, the toilet seat is cracked and loose. These items are relatively inexpensive and quick & easy to fix, but the owner doesn't seem to care and has continued listing this property with all these issues that have been previously commented on in reviews. When we commented about the shower valve issue and the fact that it would be an uncomfortable experience bathing ourselves, the message was read but no response or apology was issued. While we were provided Wifi details, it only appeared to function for about an hour or less and then the access point vanished and was inaccessible. And, to top it all off, we were asked for 7 Euros cash to be left with the key for tourist tax.

It was very very dirty with lots of mosquitos and dust. The sheets were not clean. Airport train does not work until 5.40 and taxi is 50 euros to airport from the apartment even though it is 10 min ride. Terrible experience

I chose the property due to it proximity to the Da Vinci airport. It was a quick drive in the morning to the airport. Based on the locks on the gate, and doors my assumption is that this area wasn't the safest. But the place was comfortable and served its utilitarian purpose.

The host did not respond to my question. He requested I send him a "document." He never replied to my question about which document.

Gorgeous apartment. Spacious, clean, modern, and has everything you need. Great location, secure complex, and large supermarket facing. Close to airport. Marco is brilliant. Very helpful, accommodating, and maintains good communications. Would recommend.

We chose this location simply because we wanted accommodations that were close to the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The balcony and patio set were nice, however we were not able to use them as it was very hot that day.

We arrived after a long day of driving and the keys to our unit were supposed to be in one of the mailboxes. However, when we checked the mailbox, it was empty. We had a late afternoon check-in so the unit should have been ready. I called the contact, but he did not answer his phone and only wanted to communicate by text. He said he placed the keys in the mailbox that morning and wasn't sure where they were. He then contacted the cleaning lady and we had to wait over 30 mins in the 35 degree August heat. When she arrived, we went up to the unit and it was not ready. Someone had taken the keys and slept in the unit, however they could not explain who had used the apartment. We then had to wait another 30 minutes or so for the cleaning lady to change the sheets and "clean" the unit. The attached pictures show that the shower likely hadn't been cleaned in many stays. The pull out couch and bed were very uncomfortable and the air conditioners were just for show. We had to sleep in 29C degrees or 84F. The pictures posted by the property do not accurately reflect the unit, some of the furniture is actually different. The fridge and sink area in the kitchen were also not clean. The outdoor area and parking lot are also very dirty with garbage everywhere, evident by the many swarms of ants on the pathways. We were only staying for 12 hours, but left even earlier because we were so uncomfortable. I should also mention that we booked 6 other accommodations with Booking.com during this trip to Italy and they were as advertised. However, this property was a huge disappointment.
