Price and amenities. Train stations is close by for easy access to Roma. Grocery store and mall right across the street.

Location noise. You can hear everything going on outside and everything the neighbors are doing (concrete construction). The Exhauste fan in the bathroom is going bad, making a squealing noise periodically. The shower head made bathing a little awkward. It's hard to explain, but it's not a big deal. The housekeeping storage for multiple apartments is in this apartment. Expect someone to be coming in every day to get sheets for them. She's nice.

It was very close to the airport. A shopping center right across apartment. Host communicated with check in directions. This was a very big apartment with a great balcony. Good value.

The surroundings of the building were we stayed looked rundown. I would not stay here if I was traveling alone. The bathroom has a foul smell and the towels were old and stiff.
