Wonderful views Beautiful house Walks and jacuzzi with grandchildren

the house was open when we arrived. the house looked nothing like we had booked online the amenties listed on the booking confirmation had nothing in relation to the house we were booked into Entire holiday home Holiday Home This holiday home boasts a hot tub, private pool ( no pool) and fireplace. This spacious holiday home consists of 2 living (only 1 living space) rooms, 4 separate bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a bath and free toiletries ( only two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) . Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the kitchen. The holiday home also offers a barbecue. Featuring a terrace with lake views, - ( no terrace and no lake in sight) this holiday home also provides a private entrance and a flat-screen TV( tiny tv) with streaming services( no streaming service and no dstv) . The unit offers 13 beds.( there were ten beds ) not what we expected and not close to the images shown

I didn't like the fact that when we called booking on arrival to advise it was not the right property that we were told we would receive a 50% payment back and this to date has not been forth coming as booking.com say they aren't able to get the 50% back from the supplier, surely if booking.com facilitates the deals and takes the transfer of your money they should be on the consumers side to reimburse you when the property is not per the advertised images and facilities. I am sure we could of moved past the misleading images of the property and facilities had we been compensated fairly.

when we arrived, we could only say to each other: 'we truly found a gem here'! absolutely beautiful place, everything looks even better then the pictures. Great beds, supercomplete, beautiful surroundings, and a great host!

the last part of the trip there is no asphalt, so be prepared to drive over bad roads for 30-40min.
