clean, homey, great little apartment for staying in perth. could’ve stayed longer if i didn’t have work 😆

as a 20yo female staying at this apartment by yourself it can be a bit terrifying as the area outside seemed a bit dodgy

The location and the bed were the highlights

It wasn't cleaned properly as we found dust and an empty water bottle next to the bed. This sparked hayfever and allergies due to being allergic to dustmites. The kitchen was iffy, and it did not feel or look clean. I went to move the 'mop', which was stuck to the floor. It clearly had not been moved or used for some time. The hot water becomes boiling and unable to run the tap for the dishes properly, let alone a shower. The TV is overdue an upgrade, no services offered, and the brightness is dim at best. I would not recommend staying here, I wish I'd read a review like mine to deter me. However, I could see why people would choose to stay here for a night due to the location.

Everything about it. Perfect size for myself, but would also be suitable for a couple. Loved the location as I walked everywhere around Fremantle

Only issue was I couldn't get normal tv channels to just watch the news.

Location was great, shame the lift doesn’t go down only up as we both have knee issues and steps were a bit of a problem

The lift went up but we could not come down in it

Well appointed and walking distance to the heart of Fremantle

No complaints.

The bed was clean and comfortable The shower was hot and powerful.

The apartment could do with some money spent on it and the person(s) tasked with cleaning , to actually clean and check the facilities. Pots and pans, dangerous as handles all loose. Cooker hob found to be dirty, kept finding insects around gas rings, when cleaning found the auto gas ignition was faulty, and kept sparking had to call agent to arrange visit. Went to use the toaster and this had to be emptied of half a slice of crusty/moldy bread was within the unit, once cleaned it worked. The ice tray in the freezer smashed. Manual floor cleaner broken in 3 bits, Went to use the vacuum, the black flexible pipe was totally blocked with a build up of hair and debris, obviously not been used in some time. The grey sofa I kept seeing insects on the cushions and around the fabric. When moving the sofa to clean to find out why insects made this their home, it became apparent this had not been moved in some time, as found an unused female hygiene product, clumps of hair/ dust and tissues under when moving the sofa... This Sofa was never sat on!!!! The bathroom floor tiles needed a good scrub, found on day one when using the shower mat, when I was stood on this wet mat, it left dirty foot marks on the underside from the dirty floor.. The supply of the free magazines/guidebooks dating back to 2018/19 indicates no one really cares, it's 2024. This was a business visit to my HQ in the Fremantle area. The location is good, the bed was clean and comfortable and shower worked well. The property could and would be nice, if only someone would care and check the articles. Why there is a need to "try" and add home furnishings to a rental property is a mystery. The facility should be functional appointed with sufficient catering implements and clean. The addition of someone's dried flowers or " nick nacs" does not add homely charm.
